Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

Oloapu was unhappy at the Broncos because, from memory, he was playing hooker.

Left to play in the halves at the Bulldogs.

Now moving into lock?

I predict an unhappy camper down the road.
From what I heard out of Wavell, his major gripe was not being given an immediate shot at five-eighth in '23. It then snowballed from there.

Gus goes and visits Fainu in prison, no mention of his cell mate Hayne plane, so anyone thinking this was an act of compassion think again.
Gould might not be looking to sign the kids in this instance watch out next contract, when inevitably he'll mention remember when i visited your bro in prison i have your best interests at heart.
He's a self serving snake of the highest order, shouldnt be allowed on TV to spin his rubbish each week.
How Gould is allowed by the N.R.L to use his clout the way he does is mind boggling, if all the other coaches said or did the things he's been alleged to have possibly been involved in, regarding Laundy rorting the cap to sign Tino. The other coaches would be investigated and fined into oblivion for all the comments against the refereeing, bunker and admin. I know he's not a coach but he is still a football club department head. He uses his t.v role to influence things in regard to his footballing role. It's a joke.

Most of the time yes.
As much as I dislike Phil I wish he was workin it for the Tigers.
Haha no you don’t.
You’ve changed your narrative now we exposed your sooking.
You are clearly someone who never excels in life. Rather just whine about what others are doing.

Do you want to know why Gould always pulls our pants down? Because he is proactively seeking solutions and opportunities whereas we wait for them to come to us.

Gus is an intelligent operator. There’s lots of Fainu boys and having that relationship will probably serve him long term.
Exactly! And Gus also said on the show that the WT are going alright so he maybe he knows something we don't (i.e. the Fainus sought his advice on what to do & he advised to stay in Sydney and go to the Tigers).

Thomas Jenkins is off contract at the Panthers. Can't see how he makes their best 17 next season if everyone is fit plus Penrith have a plethora of outstanding young outside backs coming through. He is primarily a Centre who can also play Wing.

Anyone on this train?
Need to see more of him at NRL level, but he looks better than any of our wingers are at the moment.

The more I think about it, one of the players I hope Fulton/Benji have on the same page is BRAD PARKER. He is no game-breaker but would bring experience in the centres, strong defence, effort & leadership, all ingredients we lack in the outside backs.

He is a Manly junior so may not want to move but unlikely he is a Top 17 player next season unless they see him as a 2nd Row/Centre bench utility.

He could be our modern day Shane Elford!

The interesting thing was the two panel members who actually played football could see what WT are trying to do while the 2 muppets who have never set foot on a football field continued their usual " we hate WT crap". Rothfield banging on about Fainu and why waste money on Sezer. Tallis who i think might know a bit more about football than the drunkard stops him with WT need experience in the halves. He alluded to the fact that Brisbane had to do the same thing to turn things around. But as usual just looking at todays papers the muppets have just totally ignored what was said and just put their usual spin on it.
Gus actually reiterated his comments from earlier in the year on 100% footy, that the Wests Tigers are not far off a good team despite results and ladder position, he said they are heading in the right direction

Buzz reckons 3 of the top player agents, O'Loughlin, Tartak, and Ayoub want Fulton in the joint to enable them to have any confidence in Wests Tigers.
Buzz always refers to player managers which gives the impression that it's the source of his info. Is it possible he has a drinking buddy on the board? if so, it would explain a few things. How suddenly the Fainu 4 are potential super stars, and Justin Holbrook is another opportunity.
