Shawn Blore info I got off a mate who is usually on the money

Fulton told him he’s not wanted and to look for a deal.

He found a deal a month later for same price at a much better club

Met with sheens and benji who had no knowledge of fultons plans. Release denied

Club in question really want him and have offered a centre in exchange

Not sure what’s happened since and I don’t know which club or which centre

The Blore trade offer was well over a month ago, maybe two by now. Nothing ever came of it but it was before everyone sat down and actually spoke to each other about the players they wanted to keep and sign etc. It's all over and done with now and he isn't going anywhere as I understand it, they seemed fairly confident he will sign an extension. Apparently we were looking at Hiroti from the Sharks too but I haven't heard anything else besides that

I’d be in for Hiroti but I doubt we’ll hear about any external signings until we release some on-contract guys as we’re at 29 for next season.

I think we’ll hear some extensions (Blore, Tupou, T’oa) & re-signings (Staines, Seyfarth) first, maybe confirmation of upgrades too (TDS, Galvin, Feledy, Mansfield, maybe Faagutu too).

Hiroti would be a decent signing.
As a winger he’s tall, athletic and safe under the high ball.
But as you say it appears our top 30 is full unless we can release a few players who already have top 30 contracts for 2024.

He’s one that 99% of Wests Tigers fans all agree needs to be signed with us long term.

I like Mawene. covers anywhere in the backline from 1-6 and can kick goals, fairly agile and quick off the mark. not a week-to-week first grader but a really solid depth signing. former Aus Schoolboy too actually, good pedigree. would do well at WT.

I think there's a player there who would definitely get more of a crack at WT than he has anywhere else in his career. from NZ too so might've idolised Benji growing up, I think it makes sense.
