Rumour was that earlier on this season or end of last he knocked back a 3 year deal with the Warriors. It is really refreshing to see some loyalty!

Because the Bulldogs take their unwanted for a long drive and drive back empty. We put ours out for a wee on a freezing winter’s night and if they come scratching at the back door we let them back in.WHY?
Don't forget his stunning junior rep careerSeyfarth is on his way to becoming the next Luke Brooks but the forward version. Local junior who has shown glimpses of being a good first grader, but overall a very underwhelming player.
Both Olam and Momo way better than anything we have
The player has to attract interest from other clubs. You just can't get rid of contracted players unless another club takes the player. If it’s about shortage of spots in the top 30 then there are at least 6 players in our 30 who will never play NRL at any reasonable standard so I’d rather lose them before Twal.
We let him go and we struggle to find a better replacement- the way up is replacing deadwood for starting 17 NRL players, not the other way around.
Really can't understand the hate for Momo on here. Both Olam and Momo way better than anything we have
What position did we come last two seasons again?I'd much prefer To'a and Tupou.

People saying Keppie offers more than Twal need to elaborate. From what I have seen he would also offer lots of dropped balls, missed tackles and penalties conceded.
2023 stats
Twal: 29 Tackle Breaks, 832 post contact metres, 14 Offloads, 691 tackles made with 11 missed.
Keppie: 22 Tackle Breaks, 747 post contact metres, 6 Offloads, 475 tackles with 51 missed.

Agree. Twal is not particularly good. But he is definitely better than Keppie.People saying Keppie offers more than Twal need to elaborate. From what I have seen he would also offer lots of dropped balls, missed tackles and penalties conceded.

Both To a and Top on make a lot of mistakes in defence almost every game,do some great things in Ttack plus some really dumb things, and neither has great hands
Both have potential, but in our situation we need better

That was Jordan Kahu.
Seve wore our jersey in 20s.
Then signed with Broncos eventually.

Clearly- that’s a given, however, advising players of your intent and the club’s position in regards to their future - and then allowing them to look elsewhere, is the way that is done. My point is Twal is contracted until 2024 and could be extended further whilst others could be encouraged to move on. Clubs manage to do this every off season. The player has to attract interest from other clubs. You just can't get rid of contracted players unless another club takes the player.

IMO Twal has more benefits to retain than almost half of our current 30.

Seve was a gun, shame he nicked off...Yes, I saw Seve score some spectacular tries for us in the U/20s.
