I think that is exactly what we have been doing wrong.
We have been playing the game of signing Fringe Graders at 200k instead of 250k. Moneyballing for garbage.
We need a 1-13 that actually are worth taking the field. IMHO our forward pack is there, Hooker 100%. Spine is still garbage but lets see what Benji does.
The Dogs signing Kurt Mann, seriously this is the kind of player we need in our back line.

Furner can really throw them apparently. Toughest guy in the room.
Robbie did a really good job on Anthony Watts in one of the best 'get squares' ever but I've heard Furner would be a real step up in class and maybe a bit too much for Robbie. I wouldn't fight either of them.

Nothing against Furner, but our defence this season was some of,if not the worst I’ve ever seen.
I remember when we signed him Doggies fans thought it was hilarious.He was their defence coach when they won the the spoon a few years ago.

Its funny how it’s reported. I know 2 players from Penrith who Panthers where desperate to keep but both left. A 20 year old halfback to the Storm and a 19 year old fullback to the Sharks and yet nobody reported it. Both are extremely talented and Panthers not happy about losing them. If that as us Buzz would have it as a full back page spread
