Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

It makes far more sense to play all or the majority of our games at an upgraded Campbelltown rather than a new stadium at Liverpool. But securing government funding for a new stadium, let alone an upgrade, is a pipedream in this economic climate.
I’m ex Balmain and the old ground doesn’t really have much room to expand , Cambo if expanded and turned into a 35/40 k seater with the growth out there could be just the same as panthers support out that way , 1 ground and get the locals hooked ,

Really mate. Mark my words the future Broncos spine will Feature Mam at halfback. He is far more than a slight, speedy ball carrier.
the thing that makes him so dangerous is that he is a runner first not a organiser. Putting unnecessary pressure of being the main kicker and getting the team around the park will take away from his best attributes. Can’t see why they’d ever move him to half… especially in the next 5 yrs +

How does that help Wests Tigers?

Lee will be gone before this even got a start and it won’t , we have 2 grounds 1 has a huge growth area on its door steps , get out there and expand Cambo and get the locals supporting us , not Fkkking hard

Lot of moving parts to that story… starting with the Bulldogs having to sell the land…

Will they be looking to help out a rival team chip away at their territory?

FFS, again with that site. It will be an absolute nightmare of a location, and has failed so many times in the past. Let it go and upgrade what already exists in areas that can actually have the ability to be upgraded to handle a stadium.
That site around the Whitlam centre would be an absolute nightmare. Anyone that has to drive through Liverpool would know what a nightmare it is to drive through Liverpool as there is really no practical bypass to get through the shithole.

Imagine adding a 20,000 seat stadium into the mix along with their proposed 3,000 apartments right on that one and only route that passes through Liverpool and it would make getting out of Leichhardt Oval on game day look like a walk in the park.

So we would have a dedicated one home ground at Liverpool, do we then still train and have a Centre of Excellence at Concord and then what about all the talk about the Centre of Excellence that was proposed for Campbelltown.

For God's sake if you are going to do something in the South West just do it at Campbelltown where you at least have easy access from the M5 and a railway station right along side there at Leumeah.

I know it's not ideal for everyone but it is still so much better than doing something in the middle of Liverpool.
