Matthew Betsey got announced as the Interim Head of Football yesterday, so looks like they’re going in a different direction.

He’s the younger of the two, 17-year-old fullback/winger.

Wouldn't be out of the realms that in 4 or 5yrs time we could have 3x Fainu, 2x Laulilii and 2x Large brothers all playing first grade.. would have to be record.. now that's a family club..

Anyone have any insight on what's happening with Matamua? I don't recall seeing him on any of the photos of preseason thus far. He didn't play internationals and I haven't heard of he's had surgery though that's what I'm guessing has happened?

He played for Samoa

I think it started with the poms in soccer lol, whenever the World Cup is played “coming home” is in reference to the trophy coming home to the country where the sport was invented (England)

Now it’s just an overused meme

“It’s coming home” makes sense…I.e. the trophy is returning to where it belongs etc…
“We’re coming home” sounds stupid.

I get out to a lot of the junior rep games (mainly Wests) which helps.
