Not a chance - Sheens has won multiple premierships and he knows how to build a good culture. That's what is missing at the Tigers. He was fundamentally different to the old management team and it was never going to work.Sheens coming back was the straw that broke the camels back(the club got conned by him AGAIN).After that disastrous piece of inept management something had to change and it is happening and hopefully for the better
