OK. The board-gone
Pascoe-gone
Sheens-gone
Brooks-gone

I doubt 2024 will be much of an improvement on the past 2 seasons as we haven't signed major new talent in the players squad.
Benji will be learning the ropes.

So let's not start hunting for new scapegoats if the results don't start coming, alright?
The boys would have to get at least 5 wins with a Pascoeless shed at half time.

Nah, look at it this way.

It took over a decade to scrape the Brooks barnacle off. 8 years to give Pascoe a permanent haircut and on 4 years to work out the hat is hopeless.

I see that as a linear improvement in identifying and punting deadweight. Benji knows he’s got a small window of two seasons to show something an I believe he will.

We might not lose it at all. One way he could save face after being turfed is by publicly reaffirming his love for all things Wests Tigers and announcing he will continue as a major sponsor. I suppose that will depend on his integrity.
Or him to just leave and go about his business

Just one sour note for me. I’m not a fan of BOF. I think he’s a lightweight and his naivety in going down for the Grange affair was middle management stuff. Ex-premiers are not gods, they are competent political operatives. Just look at the idiot who’s about to become QLD Premier.
Love all the rest of the moves, particularly Richo but i’d prefer a chair who had gravitas.
The role of the Chairman is a statesman and political role. A politician is uniquely qualified for it. I understand people concerned with BOF, particularly if they are Labor voters but to have a politician as a Chairman makes sense and at least he is a die in the wool Tiger.

Let’s see if Lee throws his toys or not.
Doubt they will have much of an issue with Richo around. It could be a marketing dream given how much media press the club will get over the next 6-12mths especially if they nab Luai.

Getting a sponsorship should be the least of our problems, get a winning team or even a competitive team and we will get sponsors
