But my point is that even he acknowledges the reality of the situation … probably the most famous person still alive who is associated with the Magpies …

I think the CO case would be a lot stronger if they packed it out each home game.
I think playing games 50/50 at both grounds is a decent compromise for now.
Much better than 5 home grounds each season.

i actually hear and even sympathise with part of what you are saying …
Compromise in merging sporting teams will never work …. The more “ even“ you make it the least likely of success … St George just absorbed the Steelers and they have been way better off…
In hindsight it was the wrong move …but 24 years later its all we got
