No dispute with your facts or logic BB, just an old tribal elder feeling.Remember we already only have 2-3 spots left for next season, with the potential to promote from within our recruite any stars that may be available. We just don't have room for him. Train and trial at best, but really the thing is he's part of the old tigers. The lazy, minimal effort for 60 mins and 20 mins if trying, and then just give up and get beaten, tigers. He is not part of the future that Benji wants

He’s right thoAn aside . . . last night at dinner, we were talking about Inglis' mentoring role.
I said to my son that the media seems to be finally giving us a bit of respect and not heaping shit on us at every chance.
He said " did you think it might be because this is the first time you ain't doing shit things ?"
He is a stupid Roosters supporter, and so his opinion on this subject is useless . . . but funny how we see things differently.
Yeah I was going to post something when I got back from holidays in the Olam Thread. Thanks for that das, I love this kind of info, great stuff, thanks for posting it.
My only problem is you spoke to him 3 weeks ago and you’re only letting us know now??!!🤷♂️😁👍🏻
That’s kool. Some people won’t give you the time of day.Yeah I was going to post something when I got back from holidays in the Olam Thread.
I saw some comments and was like nah maybe later.
Spoke for a fair bit while the our kids were swimming. Happy to chat, they're very proud of
Justin.
I sold the tigers hard lol,it was up in the air at that stage. They all live in melbourne and love it
there.Spoke about the olakau'atu hit.Benji going down to see him.
Glad Justin signed with us, we needed a centre.
💯 AgreedOnly for 2 or 3 seasons.. No more
There's probably a fair case to argue that it has been our best off season ever.I know our off season has been "turbulent" like the article said, but gees it feels like the best off season in for ever. The supporter base is actually optimistic for the first time in a decade
Bula hasn’t filled out yet. Inglis debuted at 85kg and ended up being around 102kg at SouthsI am also not sure how we got GI in??
GI as a player mentor, awesome. As a fullback mentor, he was more of a Barge style fullback and would lack some of the techniques that Minichello or Slater would have. I realise we had Brett Hodgson here before and I think Brett was able to play fullback more tactfully, ofcourse he did not have GI's physical frame or speed.
I expect a much fitter Bula, I expect him to be training harder and crossing the line. It's good to see melbourne culture coming here.
We need mentors with these young players so very glad GI is doing that here.
Season hasn’t started yet and most journos are just starting to come back this week. But I get your point. An aside . . . last night at dinner, we were talking about Inglis' mentoring role.

Ive heard similar things about Steve Waugh. That’s kool. Some people won’t give you the time of day.
I ran into Steve Waugh at the cricket this year and he brushed me big time, my mate videod it. I asked him, politely, we had already said g’day, if he would sign my hat and he said “No, not today mate”. And walked off. My mate loved it.
What did he say about the Olakuatu tackle? There's been a lot of talk on there like it nearly killed Justin, but it was just a good hit when i looked at it.
I like him I hope he goes well.
We have had far worse wingers at the Wests Tigers, let alone the whole NRL, you must be about 12 if you can't remember anyNo Colonel Sanders youre wrong.
Worst. Player. Ever.
Yeah he was happy to talk. Even my missus said geez he really came across like he wanted toThat’s kool. Some people won’t give you the time of day.

As far as wingers go, Jackson Kaufusi, Mark O'Halloran, Trent Clayton, Luke Duffy, Lee Murphy, Makasini Richter, Jordan Rankin to name a fewHe had a couple of ok games I would have to say Balin Cupples now the big challenge is can anyone beat that
I remember when I was 12, I was at a golf tournament with my uncle. We were walking through the car park, when suddenly here’s Greg Norman and his security guard walking towards us. I had a cap and texta and approached him. To which his bodyguard promptly ushered me away, while Norman didn’t even acknowledge my existence. That same day mind you, Gary Player was there, surrounded by about 20-30 people, signing autographs and having a laugh. His son kept telling him they had to leave to catch their flight and Player kept ignoring him. Class act of a man and 10 times the player Norman ever was. Yet Norman is the arrogant one. Go figure.Ive heard similar things about Steve Waugh.
Sounds like a self-important knob.
Doesn’t seem like my kinda guy
