If we don’t show interest in good quality players who are not a regularly part of their current teams top 17, but could be of value to us, then we’d be the only team who plays by the recruitment/poaching rules.Most clubs manage that sort of player disgruntlement in house and don't release depth players due to petulance (UNLIKE the Tigers under previous management)!
Bostock would need to have a destination club to even request a release - and any approach by the Tigers would be a blatant breach of the poaching rules.

Te Whare will NEVER be fully fit for NRL - otherwise he'd already be training to convert to edge back row!
Te Whare already looking significantly fitter than last season. I think the Dolphins know how good he can be and will prioritise him over the likes of Averillo.
I rate Bostock, but do agree Lobb is potentially just as good and we already have him.
