a area we need improvement in. Tristan Sailor from the Bronco to cover wing,centre,fullback.
Jeral Skelton would be a great get if we can land him.

I keep saying we need to pick up Skelton and people respond with laugh emojis.
He has been the best winger in NSW cup for two years, even Gus says this. The stats support it.

No knock on the kid but geez the hype train is out of control.

My concern with both Faagatu and Kit is they both look slightly small and not intimidating enough to be top quality props and seem th lack a bit of speed and stamina required to be a top quality 13.
They are both still very young and appear to be improving as good young players should, but if we want to discuss them as the type of players who can potentially strengthen our NRL team anytime soon, we surely need to start seeing them dominate when playing NSW Cup.
Faagatu although a bit smaller than Kit, appears to be a bit faster and has a bit more high energy and aggression in his ball carries.
Definitely not writing them off, but it’s come to the stage where we really need to see a strong back half of the season from them if they are any chance of playing NRL and helping us become a better team sometime soon.

Anyone know a place I can go to endlessly bag my own club, coach and players? Wouldn't mind the odd bit of catastrophising about our chances of signing some decent players too. Any suggestions?

True, but does he have a point in what he stated tonight ?
I was excited when Benji was announced as our new coach and I’m hopeful he will turn us around and become the long term coach we need.
But I agree when Blocker, Braith & Co question why he’s chosen to head on holidays with his family when the club he’s coaching is in crisis having lost 8 straight games, offloaded one of our best forwards and now have a fight on our hands to retain our emerging forward leader.
I understand he simply wants to refresh, but put your shoes in his position and I know if it was me o would not be resting until I put together playing roster I was happy with.
Same goes for Richo, there is next to no talent in the UK Super League that is worth persuing and why do you physically need to be over there to offer players we are wanting to offload ?
Plenty of talk about our traditional home grounds not generating enough revenue, then why go on unnecessary overseas trips ?

Jason Taumalolo not selected for Cowboys this week. Looks like they may be trying to push him out. I'd pay $600k (with Cowboys chipping in the other $400k) to have him at Tigers. A new environment could do him wonders. Plus we need a lock...

Yep. We’re 5 minutes into the Benji era. I personally agree with Sheens that a rebuild is a three year process. The morons blew up last year so this year is back to square one. No use panicking when we’re not a top eight side out of the gates. Stay the course.

Large, Makasini, Miller, Galvin, Fainu, etc. Imo he's not been given the platform to show his talent and skill in cup this year only playing a couple games. Mainly playing Flegg and RMC this year and he's been pretty good on both fronts. Just needs consistent game time this year in cup alongside Kit, Miller, Da Silva and co cos he's been having a good year so far from what I've seen and according to stats on NSWRL

Never? After 13 straight losses? After we win another wooden spoon? What happens if we lose then next 2 games 50-0? Is it ok then?

Just curious.

And if you’re not allowed to complain - what does being encouraging and supportive do if you keep losing and not improving? If we win another spoon do we just say “we support you benji and your new age relaxed coaching methods?

IMHO losing 8 in a row is a valid reason to complain about performance. Even the dragons have won 5!

No one at the club is happy. If anyone at the club is happy they should be sacked. It's pretty simple stuff.
We still have the worst roster on the comp this season, no one expects us to win more than 4-5 matches this season. We've still been close, which given the weakness of our roster is promising
