The future is looking bright

Love this, for once we have a plan . It’s not just about winning today. Love how the same Debbie downers In this forum are quick to try and bring you down. Go the tigers!!!!!!!
What’s the plan?
Have every side play shockingly poorly against us?
Enjoy the win.

Oh so you didn’t know Pascoe and Lee are gone. Richo has come in. Dead wood like nofa have been removed. The state of origin , premiership 5/8 is coming. Some of the best juniors being bloodied. The best hooker in the game. A classy winger , rubbish players being moved on. Can’t see any of that ??

I’ve seen all of that and it’s likely to result in a spoon.
Don’t get it mixed up, I’m enjoying the win, but don’t piss on my head and try and convince me it’s raining.
Back this win up against the Raiders and again against the Roosters and maybe then we can get excited about the future.

The amount of injuries and suspensions we’ve had is not normal. Plus this year is a build up to next year. Did you think we’d be playing finals this year , I didn’t .
No, but we were playing poorly at full strength.
Our poor discipline, ordinary defence and terrible attack have been a trademark for most of the season.
Today we won because our opponent was poor and we showed great enthusiasm and composure to take advantage of the easy turn over of possession through unforced errors.

At full strength we won two games in a row at the start of the year. Definitely nothing to do with us that the opposition played bad, it was all them

If i met a genie i have five things i would wish for next season:

1. To be 6 cm taller
2. Be a baller
3. Have a rabbit in a hat with a bat
4. The tigers to be in the top 4 at seasons end.

Pretty simple equation. … if you want to get off the bottom of the table next season , sign a few more NRL players … the juniors at the club have promise but are still couple of years away from having much of an impact ..

A wins a win but a lot of cards fell our way . We are still light years away from the better sides, but we are making steps in the right direction and there is plenty of kids coming through who could end up being good NRL standard players.

Without a shadow of doubt our no7 next year will fast track the club’s development. Anyway I think the worm might have finally turned in a upward trajectory but it will not be to next year that it is evident

Dude, please. Enjoy the win. But just because we broke a 9 game losing streak does not mean all our problems are solved. This is a primary example of what I meant in my first post. A win and all the bad stuff is suddenly gone. Not saying it should be dwelled on even after a win, but you can’t pretend like it’s now disappeared for good. We’re still going to have a lot more lowlights before the season is through, so enjoy these days when you can and just take them for what they are.
