Probably because we’re always losing there. For the most part I can’t see how a ground can physically have an impact on the engagement of the crowd. But it sounds like it has no atmosphere even when it's full
Because they’re winning?Thats an oxy moron. Why then is it heaven for opposing teams??..
Exactly. Teams love playing at Campbelltown- just wish it was us...Because they’re winning?
You make an excellent point.Thats an oxy moron. Why then is it heaven for opposing teams??..
Thanks, as always, for your feedback.
Not making excuses Ink, just thought the size was a bit disappointing until I thought about the timing. We’ve had too many 3pm games already imo. And I will lay the boot into CSS for sure coz I’ve never liked it and after 10 losses obviously neither do the players. But think there’ll be a bigger crowd there this week which is what I said in my previous post.
But I’m really enjoying the win mate, don’t worry about that. Got my head up high for a change, however, think we’ll resume normal transmission this week.
Ok T, let’s change it from “like” to feel “comfortable and confident” there !Campbelltown must be the only sporting team on the planet that has to convince the players to like its stadium in order for the players to start winning there.
This is what Campbelltown can be against the raiders.

Been going there for years and have seen very few Tigers wins there but many more losses. Unlike Leichhardt, the place just doesn't feel like a home ground, win or lose.Any thoughts on why? It's been a few years since I have been to Campbelltown but it's set up much the same as all suburban grounds. So why no atmosphere?
Pretty well non existent out there.Culture?
Great highlights mate of much better Tiger times. Wish we were playing like that now coz then it wouldn’t matter where we played. The players don't like it either?
Why is it that Campbelltown is the only sporting venue on the planet that has to convince the players to like its stadium in order for the players to start winning there. Some bizarre concepts emerge from this forum after more than a decade in the doldrums.

Do you think we beat the Titans last week if it was played at Campbelltown? I don't think so !Pretty well non existent out there.

But we’re not like that currently and are 0-10 in last 10 games at CSS so don’t get too excited.
Geez! you had to go back 13 years. We beat the Titans at Leichhardt just last week. The players don't like it either?

Besides;Geez! you had to go back 13 years. We beat the Titans at Leichhardt just last week.
5 wins from the last 10. That could get us to 9th!Another realistic post. What's Leichhardt record last 10 games???
Sounds like you've been doing that anyway my friend.Besides;
Why does supporting one ground always mean you are against the other. I can have my cake and eat it too. I can drink natural wine and smoke crystal meth and enjoy both in equal measure.
