I’d give him a year.
I consider last years spoon largely his as well so 3 years of terrible results should be enough. He needs a decent result in 25 to keep going Id suggest.

Theyve missed the opportunity to do that. Demotion could cause unrest.
He needs excellent support staff around him now he is entrenched as HC.

Besides, which decent first grade coach is signing on the keep a job warm for Benj while he does an apprenticeship. Sheens was one and look how that ended. Bennett is probably the only other and he’s a Bunny for the next 3 years.

Is the spine really a check?
Our hooker and fullback have won consecutive spoons, our halves this year have been unsuccessful. Luai is a check at this stage…The spine needs work for mine.
 
12 months ago the Bulldogs had the worst defence in the competition, players were complaining about Ciraldos training methods & fans were calling for his head saying the job is too big for him. Gould refused to back down & backed Ciraldo to turn things around & now they are tied 4th with the second best defence in the comp. So was Gould right or were the fans right?

Gould also said the Bulldogs were at least 2 years behind our rebuild. He’s guessing like us all.
 
For all the fans wanting Marshall sacked....think about this:,

1) We have a Head Coach who is 100% passionate and committed to the WT..its been a while since we had that.
2) Kevvie last year was being heralded as a great coach, given the Broncos dramatic slide this year, given their glamour roster, should Kevvie now be sacked?
3) The Broncos defence in 2025 is a shadow of what it was in 2024....why?.
4) The Dogs had the worst defence in 2024, in 2025 they have the second best...why?...when Ciraldo said early in the year "we have done nothing different to last year"....

The facts are the players, much moreso than the coach determine how good or bad their defence is and the ultimate outcome of the match..

In 2025 the WT "Senior players" in Bateman, ICE, Klemmer and Sefano have not led the way as their salaries suggest they should have....Bateman is too light for the NRL; Klemmer is to scared to charge into the line like he used to; ICE was never committed to being here in the first place and Stefano has had his mind on being elsewhere this year....Like the Dogs have, we need to recruite players who WANT to be a WT and give their all on the training paddock and on the field EVERY week...Sacking Marshall is NOT the solution...Clearing the decks of underperforming players and recruiting players who are prepared to put in 100% is the answer

He had 1 yr as an assistant and was given the job out of nepotism

No senior player respects him bc he has not done the hard yards.

He sucks man.

This squad with api, paps, klem, Stef, Bateman, sezer olam bula Samuela and galvin should be 12th - 8th.

The dogs complained because he was too hard. In our case we have a 9 to 5 coach who is soft and clue less. No comparison at all. We are one of unfittest teams in the comp. let alone any strategy.
