Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

I dont think you're far off. Dylan Edwards always takes the hitup before the 5th tackle because he was not going to be in the defensive line anyway so it doesn't draw a chaser out of the line for the kick chase.

Essentially, they are always chasing with 12 players, whereas if your prop took it up, he would be lingering back after the play the ball.

Then you have To'o doing loads of work, along with Edwards, Tago, Alamoti, Turuva and May contributing heavily.

Perhaps that's why their defence is so good...their bigger guys are just more fresh from a reduced workload in attack?
Now go back and watch us play in early games in 2018. Eerily similar without the same star power.
Though we relied a lot on Esan and Thompson for meters in the back field.

Love the reporting...
Makasini is WT best young prospect....going to rugby...
Large is WT best young prospect...going to rugby....
Galvin is WT best young prospect....wants out....

I'm sure I'm missing a few....
I would say Tallyn Da Silva, Heath Mason, Jordan Miller & Luke Laulilii have the biggest wraps along with Galvin from our juniors we have in the top 30 or development next season.

Christian Taupau-Moors, Phoenix Godinet & Jared Haywood, are after Makasini & Large, for our star juniors outside top 30/dev.

an observation not stat, is noticing how many hit ups the panthers forwards make in their own half.
Be close to 0!

Ivan did this at the Tigers as well. At the time it was a tactic because he felt our forwards weren't fit enough, and he was trying to find a way to get them through the 80 minutes. So maybe he stumbled across a great tactic purely because the Tigers suck, and that tactic has lead to 3 premierships.

Fatima Kdouh trawls the socials for content all the
time. That photo was posted on here in the juniors
& pathways thread from Crown's insta page. Tartak
will do a deal with us soon. Japanese rugby which
is considered a 3rd/4th division pro-league is being
disrespectful lol. That lady hasn't got a clue, honestly
Makasini met with deans last..I have a source and currently trying to squeeze him for as much as I can but no promises 😂😂

Geez didn’t realise how big Makasini was. I don’t know if it’s just the angle but seems quite filled out already and tall. Benji is about 6” so I’d guess Heamasi is about 6”1 maybe 6”2, he looks slouched over a bit next to Benji so who knows.
In the full picture Benji is standing on tip toes!

Any reason for the confidence? Please be his father
Source in the know, not his father.
I've been told his ambition is to be part of the club's rebuilding. Joey's message to Galvin resonated. He doesn't want to run away. He's also excited to partner up with Luai.
The talk of him leaving is all based on what happened earlier this year, which was from his management and not from Lachlan himself. There's no basis to it, yet everyone's latched onto it like its gospel.

There are a lot of tigers fans catastrophising.
Scott Sattler had a good piece on SEN where he also see's all this movement as a positive.

This is a PROPER rebuild. Not like the castles built on sand we've wasted the last 15 years rebuilding.

BREAKING: Richo has said the he is close to fixing one of our problems but isn’t ready to reveal it yet. He mentioned forwards but excluded the backs which leads me to believe we may be close to signing an outside back. The recent news of To’o is weirdly in line with this, though unlikely we can expect a signing in the coming weeks.
