FWIW I think the Dogs are on to something with their forward buys in 2024. Size seems to be a secondary consideration to leg speed and overall fitness. They don’t make many metres being ranked 15th offensively but first defensively with an average of 2.6 tries conceded.
Small busy packs may be the way the game is heading with a strong back 5 to start the sets

That should align with our wheelhouse as it’s how we won in 05.
Hopefully management is moving towards this.

Keith Galloway had it in spades. Definately a few gingers we could recruit to make us look aggressive.
Gareth Ellis did not look too ferocious but just made up for it in performance.
