Totally agree, I was forced to watch 9 last night and by the end was crying out for Vossy and Co. Nine has too many “experts” ( ie has beens under pressure) with no real broadcasting flair. And whilst I’ve admired Danika Mason from afar, she’s no Vonnie !
One of my sons is a Raiders fan and he continually tells me “you are not alone” and to get over it when we discuss refs.
Not many people wouldn't bite him the way he pushed his nose into Flanigan's face. Flangan's head/mouth is on the ground and he can't move it. I woud close the cheeks of my bum if he had his nose that close to my arse as well. Critta is starting to read everything that is being written about him and getting too big for his boots or his nose is growing. Surely he can't expect to get away with his antics as well.
100% Bullshit. He was the biggest whipping boy in history.
He is a gun player no doubt and has become a media darling which is fair enough. However he does get away with the odd flop and leg pull. He doesn’t mind a little grubbery either. I just felt he has something to answer for in the way he drive his head into Flanagan.
He hasn't improved much. That's kind of the point. He was always a good player in a terrible squad. Changing him was not what was required, changing the squad was.

I don't think anyone thinks that. My take on it is the lesser teams at any point of time tend to get the worst of bad officiating. We've been bouncing along the bottom for a while now and so we're noticing it. If we were riding high it might be different.
Why do the lesser teams cop worse refereeing?
A lot of pressure on Newcastle.
