He’s probably still 2-3 years off his physical peak.He needs to get in the gym in the offseason and bulk up … he is a string bean …
Naden’s a sad case because he can play, he’s just shown us far too many times that letting his teammates down doesn’t seem to bother him.

Desperate signing because we had no halves, he was immediately surplus when Luai signed. Former management were signing players to save face.Did West Tigers recruitment team do their homework on Bud Sullivan before they rushed out and signed him?? No is the answer because if they did, they would have realized Bud is nothing more than an overrated inconsistent footballer and nothing will change that.
He has good moments but his attitude lets him down in my opinion.I honestly cannot recall Naden having a good game at the Tigers ..
He can’t even claim the one good game like Toa can last year versus the Cowboys
Brent Naden is 29 years old in December.
He's played 72 first grade games across three clubs.
I think the dream is over for him, sadly.
What evidence is there that it’s his dream to play rugby league? Whether it’s off field or on field ill discipline, he’s blown plenty of chances. The dream is never over 😎
He can live out his dream,The dream is never over 😎
The argument is not about whether or not he should be replaced with a better player from 2025 onwards. He has good moments but his attitude lets him down in my opinion.
He cost us games earlier in the year and obviously the coaches decided he wasn’t meeting the standards they were trying to set. I tend to think it’s the right decision. The argument is not about whether or not he should be replaced with a better player from 2025 onwards.
My argument is based on the fact he is a better player, has better qualities and has performed significantly better for our NSW Cup team than others who still continue to be selected ahead of him and continue to heavily contribute to our NRL losses.
How does punishing a player as well as his NRL team mates and WT fans by leaving him languish in NSW Cup regardless of form help us offload him for 2025 ?
Naden and Kotoni Staggs have family ties via Wellington NSW. Being unprofessional about the situation does not paint the club in a good light if thinking of chasing players such as Staggs.
hopefully last year projectHe cost us games earlier in the year and obviously the coaches decided he wasn’t meeting the standards they were trying to set. I tend to think it’s the right decision.
The winger on the weekend is out of his depth in rugby league, but he’s a first year project.
You can teach positional play, a poor attitude is much harder.hopefully last year project
hopefully last year project
He can live out his dream,
In England or some Group # competition.
Never give up Naden!
