Richo might end up bringing this guy up on stage when the Tigers win the premiership… like he did those 12 people at Souths who showed up to their first aftergame drinks session
 
Sorry TSP I think you are being over-sensitive here. I am a member and I wouldn't be upset if Richo didn't reply to me via email.

The club was a basket case when Richo inherited it.

Whilst I am sure he values you as a member, you have to understand there is limited time in a day and we are in the middle of the NRL season, have lost a few key players for next season, desperately trying to retain our juniors and sign new players and coaching staff for next year.

If I could have Richo out there rebuilding the club or replying to members emails, I choose rebuilding the club.

Personally, I'm glad Richo is focusing on the right areas. I am sure if he gets the time to respond he will.

And cancelling the membership, that's all you. Don't blame Richo for that. That's your decision.
I think responding to members is quite reasonable as he’s got a personal assistant and a whole membership team to assist.

It’s their job to look after members, first and foremost. That’s what we pay them for.

Richo can rebuild the club and engage with members at the same time. In fact I think they go hand in hand.

He said he would respond to members and I’m holding him to it. Other people might not care, that’s ok, that’s for them to determine.

I said when he started that I would call him out if I thought he made mistakes.

It doesn’t mean that I dislike him or think there is anyone better, but I think this is an important issue to raise for me anyway.

Some people agree with me, but they don’t want to make it a discussion point because of perceived hostile reception aimed at them, which we should probably get away from (present company excluded!)

He did respond to the members by conducting a podcast where he answered the. OST important questions .
I don’t think you want an answer . I think you want a personalised response . Which is “on the nose” IMO. Right up there with the type of mentality Lee always had around the club .
I’m not sure you’ve worked out there’s a distinction . Not having a go .. just providing perspective .
 
No it’s not self indulgent, it’s fact.

He’s either going to answer my email (or get his pa to answer it) or not.

2 memberships at stake.

It’s in his hands.

Other people might be fine being ignored, that’s ok.

But he said he was going to talk to members, he said we were important but that doesn’t seem to be the case.

Everybody here who is a member, he has to find a minute or two for you too.

Anyway I can still be a fan but transition away from actual membership.
As a paid up member I’d rather he was spending his minutes working on recruitment, retention and junior development issues. That’s a far better use of his time.
