SMH Article 'We’ve lost faith in them’: Balmain consider shock exit from Wests Tigers merger

Polished speakers tend to seek the limelight then sprout rubbish. Those were the old days.
Polished speakers know their audience and pitch the message at an approrite level. Wankers who believe that they re better than everyone else make shit up to try and make them look good - inflated membership numbers, hat sales etc. I'm sure with a different audience Richo would deliver the same message with a different tone.

Whatever,

No excuse for the disharmony which will take a long time to wear off.

A precedent has been set.

At the end of the day BRLFC didn't call for the review and wasn't a party to it and now they have threatened dissolution of the club if it isn't to their satisfaction.....even if it was half-heartedly denied with an undated media release.

Taken things to an extreme level.
Yeh yeh yeh we get your point.

Yeh, but there is rule bending and corruption and lies rule bending as committed by Barry O'Farrell.
I'm interested to know what he actually directly achieved thru his supposed experience, skill and connections when he was on our board last time, and the same just recently?
Doesn't worry me personally what side of politics he came from, and the same for him being a Balmain fan, as long as he doesn't fill an independent chair position.
Re. the high commission to India...was he sent there as punishment? 🤣 as I can't think of too many worse places to be sent.
High Comission Role to India would be one of the great rewards for anyone - I'm not Indian but have been and it would be an incredible job to get.

Given a threat to dissolve the JV has been made and certain members are almost getting to the point of wanting to micromanage the identities selected for Chair and board..........a precedent has been set for constant toxic public attacks on the club.........every time board members come and go.
Fans are calling for a skills matrix to ensure intelligent people run Wests Tigers. Period.

That’s wade boggs . And he was a third baseman/1st base lol
No, Pete was a pitcher. He played for the East Texas Yankees. His brother Wade was the better player of course but Pete pitched pretty well considering he only had one arm and no fingers on the one functioning hand he did have. Only problem was he didn't have a knuckleball.
