Yeah I have heard similar by players that have left and seem to have improved. The common theme is they weren’t “ fit enough” here. That has to change if we are to climb the ladder.
Yeah Tommy Talau said he lost a extra few KG’s going into this season & it has done wonders for him

Not too long ago, Richardson mentioned that in the off-season, clubs shake the trees and see what falls out.

It's the first week of September, finals haven't even started yet and so far, we've seen Royce Hunt, Kobe Hetherington, Corey Horsburgh, Daniel Saifiti, Jack Bird and now Adam Elliot all become available.

I've no doubt there will be more, decent names to fall out of the tree between now and February.

I hope we don't rush to spend the dollaridoos in the next fortnight...
