Not too long ago, Richardson mentioned that in the off-season, clubs shake the trees and see what falls out.

It's the first week of September, finals haven't even started yet and so far, we've seen Royce Hunt, Kobe Hetherington, Corey Horsburgh, Daniel Saifiti, Jack Bird and now Adam Elliot all become available.

I've no doubt there will be more, decent names to fall out of the tree between now and February.

I hope we don't rush to spend the dollaridoos in the next fortnight...

Hard to get excited by a rumour that seems far fetched but his 200 running metres per game and 127 tackle breaks would instantly make us a competitive outfit.

Too right, the media fawn over Robbo like he is the second coming of Jack Gibson or the like. Most coaches would excel with his roster every year, Robbo in my opinion has under achieved

Not with who he has lost.

Look Robbo has had a good squad. But not a brillant one.
Tedesco is top level and he has a good halves pairing in Keary/Walker. Easts have lost a fair bit of it's forward pack and were showing signs of trouble. Somehow he steer'd that ship right.

He is no Jack Gibson or Wayne Bennett. But the guy clearly can coach.

Just look at Anthony Siebold with a good squad, now there is a guy who can't coach.
