Yep, 100%…I think many of us here, myself included, got emotional at the notion we might lose an up and coming prop like Stefano….for $900k, we can buy 2 very decent forwards…..the reality is Stefano has had an ordinary year for a tier 1 prop….it will be interesting to see his numbers next year…..look at Blore…started on fire down there only to become “average”as the season wore on….

If he does i think he and hunt probably at a tick over what we were going to pay Stef isn't a bad outcome.

I wouldn't be surprised if Stefano goes on to a great career but we would be stupid to pay him $900k to stay here when he's not in the top ten props in the game. Many would say that's because we don't develop our forwards, but Pole, Seyfarth and two Fainus all look better than they did six months ago.

As for Blore, it's like casual viewers can only see the positives at first. He's no better or worse than last season. It's like Esan Marsters all over again.

Who is surplus to our needs & the Sharks lack...

They have depth in nearly all spots. Multiple spines options. Good front row depth. I'm lost what they require, especially from us.
