I also find it strange how many 2025 team related posts Klemmer is starting in. Has to be the biggest waste of 6”5 I’ve ever seen. Gave Newcastle his last good years now we’re paying him stupid money to slow down everytime he hits the line and his only meaningful contact is usually straight to a blokes head. How many games did he have over 100 metres in this year genuinely

Personally I think that the game plan doesn’t help his skill set in attack. I’d be pretty certain that he’s doing everything the coach is telling him to.

Take money out and Klemmer is ok for an average experienced prop but has lost any semblance of leadership with us. The problem is the contract value being about 300% what it should be. That is criminal from a club that signed Russell packer.

Can only hope we wouldn't sign that deal today. 900k offer to Stef makes me a little unsure that all our issues are solved, but Richo at least taking steps in the right direction if recent figures shared here are true.
