Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

With all our concern about the release of Onitoni Large, I thought I'd have a crack at producing a pathways depth chart for each position. See thread ...

Just noticed that fox and the nrl , are not showing the NSW CUP live on Sunday , but they are doing the NRLW games , I don’t mind the females playing but this just throwing the blokes out the window is wrong , we watched must games early in the season , it’s good to watch players coming through the grades , but they just get
It's on 9now right now, live

What's the latest on pole and sione faiunu have they said they want to go on the open market? Or are we negotiating in the background?

Agree. Sign of the times unfortunately.

I don't mind the odd nrlw game (if Isabel Kelly is playing!), but why not show both?

No , manly asked really nice if they could have them and we folded, will pay there Uber bill to get them to manly . Sick of manly raiding our players

Here's a backrower I hope we're looking at
Jacob Laban – another 2024 NRL debutant – claimed the other spot in the back-row. He is the sole TOTY representative from the fourth-placed Warriors, producing seven tries and leading his position for tackle-busts (65), while averaging 30 tackles and 109 run metres.
Signed til 2026 per zerotackle

As a few others on here have already said I believe Joey Walsh is the plan for half back. Captain for the the under 20’s Australian Union team earlier this year & was in the roosters Jnr system. If that doesn’t work out I’d say you are on the money tho, long way off before needing to worry about any of that thankfully
Roosters like NRL ready players NOW...so theyll be happy for the young local with a rugby pedigree (cough) to compete for the 7 slot, but if Latu fulfills his promise on the field next year at WTs..he will DEFINITELY be a target
Chad Townsend aint a long term plan..

Watching nsw cup there’s a prop there that we should have a crack at , Hamlin - uele, he’s 29 played 30 minutes straight, hit it up hard and worked really hard in defence, he is way down the sharks pecking order , he would be better as a starter than hunt
He's had a lot of injury issues.
