Re Miller there’s no way he would get sacked for playing a test match, the RLPA would have us over a barrel in an instant. If he has been let go it’s mutual consent or he hasn’t met standards that would allow him to be sacked.

That argument doesn't seem to be within the current requirements of the rules - and couldn't be invoked it he was going to represent Australia.

If he was playing for Australia he would have been our starting prop all season.
Name me one player in the Australian squad who has played 30mins of an NRL season.
Heck expand that to the prime ministers 13.

Absolutely. I'm baffled how so many keep saying we need to sign middles. We have a stack of middles taking up roster spots and no backrowers. I'm all for getting rid of Bateman, but he needs to be replaced by and edge player. I think I'm gonna head butt the wall if someone says one more time we need another middle.

It was reported a while ago that after Miller debuted in 1st grade then went back down he had a massive ego and wouldn’t listen to the coaches. Imagine his ego now after playing international. I reckon they asked him to put the club first and spend the offseason getting himself ready. His attitude is probably why he’s been let go.

While I was impressed with a lot of the kids that appeared on Behind the Roar podcast, I remember not being totally impressed of Miller's attitude.
