Bolter for 2025

We had Bula come from nowhere to 1st grade and immediately cement fullback
Galvin had a rocky balboa off-season and lept into firsts .
Both are pretty much first choice selections so my question is who’s going to make the jump in 2025
My guess is Tim johansen as I think opportunity will arise sooner in the forwards
Would like to say tumeth but if you believe half of what’s posted on here he’s not wanted
I just hope the trend keeps on going 🤞

I’d love for us to unearth a JWH. A career prop that everyone hates to play against.

Makasini, but it won't be until he turns 18 in July.

I don't think he'll play much lower grades after his debut.
👍
I thought he turned 18 much later than that
For both Galvin and Bula injury played a role in their chance and I’m not sold on Luke L or felody
I also haven’t seen any juniors or cup games outside of clips posted on here.
I’ve purely only thought of forwards but happy to be wrong.

Luke Laulili'i has already made his debut, so I won't class him as a bolter, per se, but similar to @Kelce68 I see him playing regular first grade by mid season.

once of age I think Makasini will show very quickly why he's been signed on one of the most expensive schoolboy contracts in history. he is the real deal.

Tim Johannsen I feel is going to push pretty hard for a full-time contract. with the right conditioning, coaching and being around some elite players he's going to jump out of the box.

Id much prefer someone who has earnt their stripes to come in and excell and keep that momentum going consistently. A Tim Johannsen or Sione Fainu - both 23 when the comp starts again. TDS has been biding his time. Unleash him without the safety net.
Bula and Galvin did well, but could have been so much better had they been prepared correctly.

I thought about tds but unless api gets injured a stint he will always revert to backup
That's fine-ish.

TDS will gradually want first grade time. Api needs downtime.

I just don't know how we carry a hooker on the bench... 2 Props, 1 second rower or utility. TDS doesn't seem a Jake Friend style hooker who can play Lock or another position.

It's even if we do carry another hooker, Latu could fill that spot.

Do we go 2x forwards, Latu and TDS?
That's a pretty light bench and defense has been our weakness.
