Just for everyone's info .. we have 2 Pre-season Challenge games:

Sunday 16 Feb 2025: Tigers vs Dogs - Jubilee Stadium 5:30pm

Friday 21 Feb 2025: Tigers vs Slimy Eels - Leichhardt Oval 8:00pm

Hoping that 1st trial we get to see Tim Johannssen get minutes in the backrow!

Depth will be a major issue.

Yes our depth sucks. We have accelerated too many kids ahead of schedule. That said, this is the most experienced squad we’ve had, maybe ever.

Depends if the coaching staff can organise the defence, including kick chase and high ball diffusion.
I expect them to make the 8, given how many players in the squad have experience playing big time footy.

If our roster isn’t good enough to make the finals where almost half the teams in the comp make it, then maybe Richo isn’t doing as good a job as some claim. It shouldn’t be a high bar to sneak into the 8 at least once in 15 years.

it’s not as easy to make the Top 8 as you suggested .., particularly when you have a shyte team …. The same as Benj had last year …he had a worse team by far than Ivan had

We'll make the 8 for one very simple reason:

"Luai of the Tigers"

Signed for 5 years with us - that's potentially 9 Premierships for him. Only to be exceeded by Galvin who will lead us to a Dragons record equally 11 wins in a row! By far the best of the Modern NRL Era.
