We have pulled in as many of Wests Tigers platforms to push this as possible. This isn't about us getting credit, it is about what is best for the Wests Tigers.

I think the amusing thing is the same people in charge of WT would be in charge of Wests Magpies. I feel there is a good chance that some possibly unknown dudes from the Balmain side of our JV purposely caused the current major destabilization kerfuffle within the board and club generally, to unseat Magpie board members then put their own stooges in along with some supposed neutral stooges to enable them to take control of WTs board.

You are being far too emotional on this issue, taking great offence everytime the Magpies are mentioned. No one is blaming the Western Suburbs in isolation. It is the board we are looking at.
What you need to understand is that most of us agree that the past 10 or so years have been an embarrassment. Weve removed coaches, weve removed players, bought players, changed training approaches and teams, built new facitilities, added new sponsors,...nothing has worked. The one constant, since 2014 is the board. Since 2016 it has been a majority Wests run entity.

People from the parent board have been placed on the football board and they have not been good. Their decision making has been substandard. Their leadership and strategic vision has been a failure. For years they arrogantly blamed everyone else with many careers being cut short so that they could save face....again, I am talking the entire board, not just those from WA. However, being the majority owner, the majority of the board positions are held by Wests people and therefore their influence is undeniable.

Mole probably ran with his as it was the first quote in the press release. Being the first voice quoted in the press release and asking for fans support in his quote was a bit jarring considering he has previously had a crack at WT fans on the podcast he contributes to.
