Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

This is missing a really important point. He'll be on peanuts for 2025 and the Tigers are the only club that can improve that. If he's prepared to play all season for maybe a quarter of what he'd get on an upgraded contract that says one thing and one thing only: he wants to test his value at the end of the season. And if that's the case, 90%+ chance he's gone. There is only one point in this process where the Tigers can offer him something other clubs can't match or beat, and that's now.
Its a very good point actually
Personally,I suspect were damned either way..reardless of where we end up & we will paying paying 7 figures plus to keep Galvin or he will get almost that elsewhere at a long term performing club..like Stefano or Moses
Feel its 2017 all over again whenever you deal with that grub manager
Same will probably happen with Bula next year
Difference is ...were much better prepared with past experience and suitable replacements
Id just like once for these kids to whom we gave a chance to express some semblance of respect and loyalty in any form in their public utterances

Kurt Falls, Brisbane Tigers QRL premiership winning lock Charlie Murray, ex Bulldogs NSW Cup POY prop Jayden Tanner, Sydney Shield POY strapping backrower Jake Watmough (son on Anthony) & Fijian utility Joe Lovodua amongst NSW Cup contracts.

Good to see so many of our up-and-comers in both Cup & Flegg. Iverson Matai named in Flegg squad too.

Mine popped just as the surgeon was about to remove it on the table, had appendicitis on and off for 9 months before the gp pulled his thumb out and sent me to the surgeon. Went on a Friday morning, in theatre Monday morning. Got a beaut scar and the scar tissue is still sensitive 30 years later.
Mine didn't pop didn't word it correctly was really asking happy _tiger the question, but had mine out when I was a baby at the same time as a hernia repair.

Kurt Falls is pretty much the kind of back-up you want in the Cup squad. He won't be on a bunch of dollars, but offers suitable direction if required to actually step up. He might have the best general kicking game in the entire squad.
We dont need to sign back ups..as 3 x wooden spooners,we dent want rejects ..we need genuine first graders
Weve already got plenty of fill ins
Plus..weve got a lot of good kids coming thru...most wont make it,but some will
and youll get a cple of years of discounted $$ out of them...until they meet I Moses and it all changes

Anyone who has watched the horror show which has been our Wests Magpies NSW Cuo team for the majority of the last 2 seasons will know they have more often than not lacked direction, lacked a decent kicking game and lacked overall quality and experience to compete at that level, therefore adding an experienced halfback in Kurt Falls on a deal that does not effect our NRL squad is a very astute buy.
There is no guarantee Fallls will be the regular starting halfback for our NSW Cup team, but if we find someone better we are going well.
