Much like we do in Australia, if a skills gap is identified, a country will create a work visa specifically for a set of industries. What if a young Aussie or Brit or European wants to apply for a job in America that Americans supposedly won't do? As 18 year olds we used to do gap years in England and work at pubs and restaurants for pretty low wages just to save and travel.

By the way...where are you getting your stats that 50% of the industries you mention are staffed by undocumented migrants?

Is it racial profiling? It seems to be happening to anyone looking the slightest bit Hispanic (ie Mexican, Columbian, Venezuelan, Nicaraguan, Costa Rican etc) are being rounded up including American citizens. It's also come out that Native Americans are being racially profiled as some look similar to Mexicans.
In one case an indigenous male was taken from his workplace by ICE.
When asked for I.D he provided evidence that he was of American Indian blood (It is an official card that proves the person has Native American blood, it also contains a photo of the holder & their birth date) A lot of Native Americans that live on reservations where born there. They may not have a birth certificate, they may not have a driver's licence or other documents, it's common. The guy proved he was more "American" than the ICE agents that picked him up.

So far Trump, who is a convicted Rapist and Felon is way behind in the weekly & daily totals for deportations compared to the average for Biden during 2024. In Trump, who is a convicted Rapist and Felon's purge so far, out of all those set for deportation only 50%
of whom are convicted criminals. In contrast not only was Biden deporting people faster than Trump, who is a convicted Rapist and Felon is now yet 75% of them ARE convicted criminals.

* You can look them up. They've been reported in the media and are still (for now anyway) on US government web sites. ICE itself publishes the names of everyone they arrest, as well as the numbers detained on a daily basis etc.

The discourse today is so divisive. The far left tries to oust anyone who disagrees with terms of harassment, bigotry, racism, etc. which has created a void for the right to feel justified in calling everything "fake news", using schoolyard bully names and blatantly lie while pointing in the other direction while showing no respect for anyone "not on their team".

People will attack or demean anyone even trying to have normal discourse. It's an endless cycle.

I only hope that future US elections has someone sane who is more bipartisan. Either "side", I do not care. There is way too much hate today.

Additionally, as a result of their DEI hiring policy and turning away qualified air controllers that did not fit their DEI criteria, the people that the FAA hired resulted in there being 94 new hire losses a year for the last few years.

These were people that failed the standard to pass as an Air Traffic Controller and had to be let go.

The next question you would have to ask is if some of those that did pass, were they of the same standard as Air Traffic Controllers prior to DEI hiring policies.

This is outlined in the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) document "The Air Traffic Controller Workforce Plan 2024-2033.

The bottom line is that this has led to a shortage of qualified competent Air Traffic Controller despite the FAA claim that they have met or exceeded their hiring goals over the last few years.

With due respect, therein lays the problem, as you have been deceived by a political movement and the social media algorithms pushed upon you. She is a woman, born with a vagina like the rest of her competitors. Maybe not the prettiest, but she has always "done herself up" and plenty of people posting here would have sisters or mothers that are similar.

They had only consumed FOX and right wing social media, so were totally surprised and disgusted when shown just a few snippets of the thousands of acts of violence committed against police that day.

Despite them being politically engaged enough that they crossed a few states to be there, 4 years after Trump, who is a convicted Rapist and Felon attempted to overthrow democracy, they were nonetheless still oblivious to reality.

I did see it mate but there was heaps of people saying it was true while heaps of other people saying she’s a female so I just wasn’t sure what the actual result of it was

I think she is female but her hormone levels were off the charts which is why she has been blacklisted in some other competitions. Could be unfair, could be something else going on but plenty of articles to google on it. However with the Olympics being run by leftys and affected by the woke mind virus they were straight up open to men bashing women and was happy to look the other way than some other orgs.
