Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

Did he spend a lot of time with Bula ? I wouldn’t know - do you ? Seen a timesheet ? Be positive for once , you just might surprise yourself .
Did u not see the tv , with him walking around concord , they stated he was there to help bula , BUT ur right we dont have a timesheet , so he gets a pass untill we know more , that ok

No, what are you talking about? I’m talking the club in general, not specific employees.
They’re different people though lol “the club” is the makeup of the employees that work there and create the culture and environment in which they all turn up to work .
The way things are done in 2013 could be the same as 2025 , it could be the exact opposite . Again I ask , WTF are you talking about ?
It makes no sense

Let it go mate

Its almost like some people want to see Galvin leave, some sort of brownie points thing going on...I dunno
Cant hope he stays?
I was one of the staunchest believers from the get go that Luai would sign, even when everyone was on edge. How many times afterwards did I ever puff my chest out about it? I’m just reading the room. He’s conveyed no interest so far in staying on, his manager is a grub and we’ve been down this road before,

I’m not sure why you conflate thinking he won’t stay with hoping he doesn’t.

Not to sure he's already out the door yet, still think he's waiting to see how we go next year. Atm I don't think he wants to stay, but if the team improves as it should I think he will seriously reconsider.

High roller brother. I'd love to smoke a doobie and play poker with ya, you'd take all my money haha. I never got into Omaha you played it?
Not a lot. Played different variations of poker though, Manila, 3 card Manila, Russian, 7 card stud, Ohamaha, and Texas. Not all at the casino, Nan used to run poker nights/weekends, but she would clear the table after dinner and we’d play all sorts of card and board games.

The thing is tigers are on the improve. Are Eels?
We haven’t even played a game yet. Our coach is under the pump. He has no breathing room for a bad start to the year. If we struggle, he’s gone. We are still very much a wait and see. If we find ourselves out of the bottom 4 and a decent chance at the finals at the hallway point of the year, that’s when I think you can start saying we are on the improve

They didn’t initially. It wasn’t until Alex McKinnon broke his neck that the spotlight got shone back onto Dwyer who said the club hadn’t done anything for him. Not long after that he miraculously had a role on the coaching staff.
Simon Dwyer never said "the club" -that is - , Wests Tigers, "hadn't done anything for him" He said the no-one from either the or NRL or RPLA contacted him after he had his career ending injury.

Simon's first role with Wests Tigers started in 2012 assembling clips and videos for Sheens two years before he even bothered to make that statement. Also in 2014, our club hosted a fundraising dinner for him at Wests Campbelltown which sold out and was a big success.

Nothing 'miraculous' about it.

Round 2 might gives us a bit of a pointer.

Let's hope we turn around that Spoon Bowl form, take the game seriously, and the only fun the boys have is when they point to the score board and laugh at the Parra-sites.
