I've never been a shy fan of his,but this is the year he must be productive for the team or he will just become salary cap spaceSeyfarth definitely improved in 2024 .....personally was one of his haters in the past
Do that must mean that Twal is in the bottom 5 percent. Seyfarth offers so much more.Average?
You're being very generous.
He's camped in the bottom 10 percent of players in the NRL.
Seyfarth was bang average in 2024. Not only does he get dominated every time he runs the footy, he's one of the dumbest players in the league, and opposition players target him to earn easy penalties.Do that must mean that Twal is in the bottom 5 percent. Seyfarth offers so much more.
I am a Seyfarth admirer and have been since his junior days. He would be on a modest contract and I read (happy to be corrected) that the club intends to re-sign him. Watch closely when there is a break and Seyfarth is always back there attempting to shut it down. When there is a loose ball, he is there to gather it in. Apparently he trains hard, there is no lack of effort on the field and I am looking forward to watching him play this year.Seyfarth definitely improved in 2024 .....personally was one of his haters in the past
We are a development Club,I always find these comments funny. He’s learning the game.
I never hear another club say this.
if he’s still learning he shouldn’t be getting paid. And that goes for any of them.
You think Twal is better then Seyfarth. Fmd this forum is becoming a joke.Seyfarth was bang average in 2024. Not only does he get dominated every time he runs the footy, he's one of the dumbest players in the league, and opposition players target him to earn easy penalties.
The fact he'll start on an edge for us shows our massive lack of depth. I was a fan of him coming up but I don't think he makes many other teams benches
People like to write off Twal but I thought he actually improved last year compared to 2023. Not sure on his numbers but bent the line a lot more running the footy. Dunno if he makes the top 17 though
Would like if the club had a look at Tallis Duncan to play on an edge. A very modern second rower, not the biggest but good ball skills and an excellent hole runner.
I remember when the game was on the line against Souths and Jye Gray made a break on the last tackle, Seyfarth with a couple others got back to shut it down and Gray kicked it dead. Except, Seyfarth decided to give away the most unneccessary penalty by taking out/shoulder charging Gray after he kicked it (the ball was going dead and was also covered by a few players). The game would have been over if Seyfarth didn't make that stupid decision.I am a Seyfarth admirer and have been since his junior days. It's a low bar... I think Seyfarth was crap this year. At least Twal can do his job without turning over the ball constantly. You think Twal is better then Seyfarth. Fmd this forum is becoming a joke.
"Someone doesn't agree with me they must be an idiot"You talk about Seyfarth getting dominated in tackles then say Twal improved lol you couldn't make this shit up.
What job does Twal do exactly besides getting dominated in tackles. We reluctantly extended his contract because our depth sucks. It's a low bar... I think Seyfarth was crap this year. At least Twal can do his job without turning over the ball constantly.
I'm not by any means a Twal fan boy, but this is just a observation/question for you.You think Twal is better then Seyfarth. Fmd this forum is becoming a joke.

Not really bothered arguing the point anymore, I laid out the statsWhat job does Twal do exactly besides getting dominated in tackles. We reluctantly extended his contract because our depth sucks.
He is too nice for a prop. We need more mongrel.
Spot on!"Someone doesn't agree with me they must be an idiot"
Relax champ. It's an opinions forum. I thought Twal Improved his running game in 2024 yes, but to be honest if we want to be a serious team, neither he or Seyfarth should be in the top 17.
By the way, Twal made 7 more tackle breaks in 5 fewer games and average more running metres, if you want to go off stats.
They honestly would, Panthers fans see the value in a guy like Twal, a hard working prop who plays his role, is well disciplined and defends well. Even if its just squad role like Eisenhuth plays. They love the hard working, non-flashy forward types.A Panthers fan would bust a gut hearing Tigers fan debate Seyfarth vs Twal.
I still resent the fact Matt Eisenhuth (the king of plod) has multiple rings. They honestly would, Panthers fans see the value in a guy like Twal, a hard working prop who plays his role, is well disciplined and defends well. Seyfarth wouldn't last a year at Penrith. No way Cleary would put up with an edge forward giving up more penalties than any other player in the comp and making poor defensive reads that lead to easily avoidable tries.
