Bloke in a Bar Season Preview

Really annoys me how they don’t acknowledge how we have our own seperate board completely cut off from the dramas of Holman barns group
They don’t know . The guru is the least knowledgeable , self proclaimed guru I’ve ever met . Makes sense as he’s a roosters fan …. LOL .
Right up there with this parra douchebag called the freak.

The two teams I support, Wests Tigers and Arsenal - they suffer much the same when it comes to the media.
On SEN1170 this morning as I drove to a work event, they had David Riccio on and the 3 teams to watch this weekend were the Eels, Dragons and Bulldogs.... not a mention of the Tigers.
The funny thing is when the Tigers are winning, they all jump on the coat tails...
These blokes in a bar are much the same, there's alot of negativity toward our club. I can understand why based on recent form, and maybe us as fans paying more attention, we see something they dont (or we are deluded).
I guess time will tell.

I find that generally speaking, the wider NRL community see things very differently to how people on here do and they are usually correct.
Opposition fans called Brooks out well before it was a popular thing on here. They did same with quite a few others that we tend to overate. The only time Ive noticed the general concsensus was wrong was 2005. I think it may have been a glitch in the matrix event.....
Anyway, even with Luai and co many think we are still bottom 4, lets prove them wrong.

So many choices, so many decisions to be made, and these guys threw up even more choices that I would not have even considered.

Really hope the right choices are made.

So when the rubber meets the road, I'm a bit more confident than these guys, I've said it before and I still think we can break out of that bottom 4 and finish around 10th.

Nah, Wests Tigers regain their traditional and rightful spot at NINTH!!

I watched the latest "Wests Tigers Life" podcast on YouTube. One thing that stood out when they were talking about our starting centre pairing.

One of the guys mentioned he had been told by an associate that has doubts Olam would be in the line up for at least the short term after seeing him at training. That comes on top of Olam himself mentioning his "injuries" when talking about "perceived security issues" when PNGs new winning franchise enters the NRL in 2028.

He didn't really elaborate on it, however I'm personally of the belief that Olam won't be playing first grade for some time, if at all this season. I hope I'm wrong, that his surgeries were a complete success, he returns and absolutely kills it but I doubt it, sadly.

If indeed Olam is as busted as some are saying, Richo & Co should find a way to get some cap relief on medical grounds.

Interesting about Olam...he hasn't worked out as the best signing.

I really like Starford Toa - I think he'll do much better being injury free and a better halves pairing inside him.

If he plays half a season that would be a miracle.

So we are looking at Olam as had surgery but won’t play for half or possible the whole season ? , what were the injuries that would do this much damage , and if this is correct he needs to be retired medically and we go find a solid centre , we can’t keep buying crap and it has stopped but Olam has been thus far a complete waste
