Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

I bet if this happened to the dogs they would have a player signed already, we are more interested in planning for next year
Yes, a rebuild takes more than one year

We are getting rid of a guy we weren't going to use this year so we can sign someone else for this year or next year. Now we are guaranteed not to be stuck with his awful contract

This is a win for the club

Klemmer out, Spencer Leniu in, in an immediate switch. Lock it in.

Leniu wants out of the Roosters, wanted to go back to the panthers but they don't have the cap space. Thanks to Luai, Api and Turuva getting in his ear, we've landed him.

Take it to the bank.

Thanks Klemmer!
Which Bank.......

Didn't for the Dolphins. The coach coaches. 1st year. Put together in last minute.

I dont think anyone would think this is not a win for he club , I think most on here are pissed at the timing and again it looks like we have no replacement lined up , we would have to be the worse negotiators

Good summation the timing really stinks, something that has happened in the past that most didn't like but if it's for the greater good so be it, I'm beginning to accept it now that I have cooled down.

The timing is determined by the market.
You have to take opportunities when they present themselves. Klemmer was only going to play a few top grade games this year if any due to a clause in his contract, so this was a perfect opportunity to off load his contract.

It also puts the club in a good cap position to enter the market place if and when the right player hits the market. Time will tell if was a bad call, but I see it as a smart move
