Given the lack of available quality of players who play second row, I wouldn't be surprised if the club go 'status quo' for now & if injury hits before mid season to Seyfarth, Sam Fainu & Bird then Rueben Porter gets upgraded from T&T to Top 30.

I don't see many available players for 2025 BETTER than Porter at this point.

Pearce-Paul would be very good, but I get the feeling he will price himself above what can be considered a fair & reasonable price.

The simple fact is their is 0 incentive to upgrade Porter.

We have 29/30 players sure.. but we also released Bateman who we can count towards being our #30, just like we did last year with Nofa. Porter isn't going anywhere, he will be 29 years old when the season starts next year.

We will just keep him on a T&T because to be honest, the club won't just throw money around because they can. It's still a business.

Second Row:
Tony Sukkar, Brandon Tumeth and Samuela are the only known second row options we have.
Sukkar looked good in the trial game, but boy is it early days.
Samuela Fainu is probably the only true first grade option we have.

Two newbie's + one prop who goes well in the second row. Keep Porter
