Skelton still out
Lauliili preferred over Faataape ? Thoughts
Maybe due to Warriors 4th try
When they made that break down their right wing we actually didn't have a left wing ? Not sure where he was but there was at least a 20m gap where we had no one !
Apart from that I thought he was as expected good in attack and a bit suss in defence

Luke is a top 30 player and made a successful comeback in NSW cup making 150m, Faatape is a development player so that makes sense.

In that long range try Faatape was the tackler and got caught in the ruck which Warriors identifed to make the break. So he had reason not to be their although imo did not chase hard enough or work hard enough to get out of the ruck but overall Luke is a specialist winger who is now available.

Well I hope lauliili stands up , because I can’t see what others see in him , his hands are terrible, and you better believe the broncos will bomb the crap out of him if he drops one early .

I can’t see at lease 2-3 players been pulled out injured prior to the game , OUR depth is terrible, got 3 spots to fill and no player movement , MAY needs to be signed and go raid the knights for a backrower , they really not the cap space with wanker BROWN coming

He was on the ground, failed to get into marker after tackle. Attention to detail for a winger to be out of play like that.

Then proceeded to jog his way back.

Starting to read a lot of pessimism
Saying we will finish down the bottom again
This team is different
2 big wins and 2 losses by 2 points
Last 2 weeks we were down and fought back and with just an ounce of luck we would have beaten the Warriors
This year we've scored 16 tries conceded 10 and kicked 15 out of 17 attempts
We do need a bit more depth eg Taylan May

Assuming they are taking the cautious approach with Skelton. Hopefully he’s back soon and I think Naden shouldn’t be too far off a return either. Good to see Luke Laulilii back I thought he was quite good last year and he’s a very handy back up. Also good news for Doueihi as well, assume it was only a minor complaint with his groin but they didn’t want to risk it against the Wahs.
2, 2nd rowers named in reserves and Broederlow is first reserve for Cup. Perhaps there is still some uncertainty about Sam Fainu.

Solid line up, but Broncos also very good. Should be a tough game away from home but we are 2/2 away this year (already more than last year).

U can’t blame him , bula was pathetic in trying to stop there winger , but the blame where it’s due BULA

Skelton still missing is odd based on comments before Warriors game.

So harsh on Faataape, even though I prefer Luke L.
