30,000 capacity and better corporate facilities would understand why Richo would favour it, just play parra at LO for our home game.

The thing is the council is broke. They blew over $30 millions on a Billabong nobody wanted and are struggling recover the costs from it

Cambo desperatley needs upgrading....the stands are useless...pay top dollar and still get wet...on both east and west
I get a feeling Richo wouldnt come out with this if he thought it wasnt a high likelihood it would occur
Intersting his comments on commbank how the club will make it really feel like a WTs home game...the game.day experience at CSS for the warriors game was pretty pathetic imo, not that its a big deal to me im only interested in the 80 mins...but im sure families with kids want them engages during breaks and between games

The Tigers are really far behind other clubs in terms of resources. Look at Melbourne, Brisbane, Penrith etc. when they are playing...look at the amount of staff they have around and the squad they take on away trips. Everyone is there.
The club needs to generate profits from games if they want to compete properly and not just compete for 3 or 4 years out of every 25.

Theres a junior academy planned for Leumeah isnt there...is it going to be connected to the playing field?

The proposed academy doesn't really have any benefit to the Wests Tigers and the club hasn't been consulted in the planning. It is more for the University.
The work will reduce the capacity of CSS
My suggestion would be this is more to do with the Federal election then the council - you will see local candidates being asked about it and when the PM and Opposition leader appear in the Western Suburbs which will be every week they will be asked about it as well
