That's a standard offside mate, I just checked it out.

That's usually a penalty downfield where the infringement is made

Downtown is a weird one, you can't advance beyond the point of the previous ruck before the kick leaves the boot is how I understand it, and the penalty is from where the ball is kicked I think

Edit. Penalty is from the spot the playball was before the kick.
 
then you can be put onside by the kicker ruuning past you. Once yiou are onside you can then head downfield again

yes if you touch the ball or are within 10m. Otherwise 9 kicks out of 10 would be an offside penalty. Kicker has been able to put you onside since Dally M was playing. Downtown came in to stop them getting downfild early as, if I reall carrectly, if you knock on, or run 10m you are immediately onside
 
Watson is the player farthest upfield when the ball is kicked, he started at dummy half and penalty is because he is front of the ruck when the ball is kicked.

Kayo won't let me screenshot it but wow this must happen 10 times a game.

Not sure I understood your initial explanation then, I read it as though you were describing a bog standard offside. Friday night drinks etc...

I think Watson correctly said it wasnt him. Penalised the wrong guy

They got the right guy but it's a nonsensical rule when you don't actually impact the back 3 of the opposition. If you can, go back and you'll see what I mean. He makes the infringement and is 30 metres away when Walsh catches it. You think its wrong because it's nonsensical but actually that's how stupid and frustrating the game has become.

He tried that with the Haas knock on before the bunker rightly corrected him!

Peter Gough is totally out of his depth at this level!

Crichton's elbow to Reynolds throat deserved a sin bin more than Staggs.

Meanwhile Anneseley is uncontactable for comment...
 
Who is the biggest complainer? Adam Reynolds or Moses or Gutherson.

I swear Reynolds falls down to get a penalty or is in the ear of the referee constantly..

The referee needs to tell to f off

Rubbish. Crighton hit his chest before it went up. Yes he shouldn't of done it but Reynolds is renowned for staying down.
