An intentional and targeted raised elbow from Crichton into Reynolds throat was always a sinbin since the much tougher 80s and 90s after Jim Comans judiciary tenure cleaaned up the game with the massive Cooper and Boyd suspensions... but not in this era of refs working to KPIs!

Anyone who has copped a direct forceful blow to your larynx knows why it is banned in all collision and combat sports...

The refs currently use a "decision-tree" format for their rulings - and have lost all common sense or feel for what is genuinely dangerous!!

Must have a longer neck than DCE if starts mid chest.
