True...pressures on us, lucky we are playing an out of form Eelswe need to put a flogging on the slimers to prove we dont need him
Only duty of care is to pay him. Everything else is up to the club, 18months in Reggie’s will do wonders for him !Could be wrong but I would guess that there has to be some form of mediation for Galvin to continue playing with the squad. They all can't go around pretending like nothing has happened. I expect they will give him a week off and management will develop a management plan to move forward.
He is a contracted player they still have a duty of care to look after him and no doubt his management will be looking for any opportunity to use against the club to get him out if WTs treat him unfavourably.
And above all else, don’t release him !!!!!Could be wrong but I would guess that there has to be some form of mediation for Galvin to continue playing with the squad. That’s ok, Lachie Galvin not, that’s even better.Mitchell Moses named.
Agree with you HalThat’s ok, Lachie Galvin not, that’s even better.
Yeah agree Ink ....especially with the Eels having to back up after playing in a hot and humid DarwinTrue...pressures on us, lucky we are playing an out of form Eels
I wish this was on Friday just to get it done with, worst timing for a Monday game
If we get beat the media criticism will be relentless and not good going into the sharks game which will be a very tough test
And they have the bye next week which just doesn't make sense.https://www.smh.com.au/sport/nrl/ga...r-tigers-clash-with-eels-20250415-p5lrse.html
Huge risk by Parra medical team if they bring Moses back early. These stress reactions in the foot should not be rushed. If it fractures or breaks, it can potentially be career-ending or at least season-ending.
I know that O but just a bit hot under the collar at present. Think Benji has played this correctly and don’t think LGs going to be anywhere near the First Team at training or games.Agree with you Hal
But I don’t think the club can come out and say Galvin will not be selected in the NRL team,
That would be bullying/Harasment
BUT
If it is reported that the NRL side is picked on form and at the moment Galvin needs to learn more game management for when or if he is needed in our NRL squad in the future.
There is no discrimination there and no comeback from his manager.
Let’s see how good Richo handles this.
Don’t worry mate,I know that O but just a bit hot under the collar at present. Think Benji has played this correctly and don’t think LGs going to be anywhere near the First Team at training or games.
