Looking at how Benji shuts crap this year, I think he will act decisively tomorrow. He seems very clear on what matters. It will either be results first and Lachie picked with a clear direction to the whole squad to play as a team. Or it is team first and he's out in the cold.

I think at least 16 guys are playing for each other and the coach, so I don't think this derails us this week. Longer term its harder but let's focus on this week.

Either way pumped for team list, pumped for the game and pumped for the future.

The reaction to Toa's scuffle with Gagai tells me this is a tight group who will lift if the distraction is removed.
Naden's best games last year were for the Magpies at 6. He's worth consideration as AD's going well in the centres and has proven that that's where he belongs. He's not a half.

If Galvin comes out and says “what is the media is all B.S” and talks team first /believe in coaching ect. Then the team list should remain the same (bar injured players).
However if Galvin leaves what is being said in the media out there and doesn’t oppose it. I think it will be untenable for him to be around the NRL squad.

Most of the guys have publicly said they come here to play for Benji so this would go down like a bag of cement.

Would love to be a fly on the wall this week at training.

I think deep down Laui would be happy as all the media talk about is Galvin and he come here to be the main man.

After sleeping on it I agree Galvin will be there. Don’t agree but that’s the realty’s of modern football.

This will the biggest decision benji will have to make in his short career,
1) does he drop the the kid he gave his full support last year , only to have this little brat turn on him.
2) if the reports are true that certain teammates have turned on him for his disrespect of there coach , and they really don’t want to play with him again .
So what does benji do either way I think there’s no winners here , BUT if the playing group have numbers , how the hell can Galvin be picked , players have ways of punishing players they don’t like , WHAT a mess, just when we were looking good this little shit steps in and will most probably derail our season .
