OFFICIAL Lachlan Galvin #277 *Released* Career Discussion.

I don’t think that’s true mate . His dad didn’t return the clubs call , and the players want him gone , as such to the decision today .
Chuck in the whispers around him , which came to a head with Bateman z and yea I don’t think he’s just some kid .
I think he’s genuinely disliked, whether it’s confirmation bias or whatever
I think it's pretty obvious dad can't get him out of the club quick enough and that has to influence Lachy.

Still can't believe there hasn't been any comment from the Galvin camp or has there been any I haven't seen it yet. If Moses was any kind of manager he would have released a statement first thing this morning to protect his client. Hell, I could even script it. "On behalf of Lachlan, We are disappointed that his contract situation has got to this point. Lachlan remains committed to winning a premiership with Wests Tigers and to be the best player he can for his coach, his team mates and most of all the fans and sponsors. We will be making no further comment and please give Lachlan the time to concentrate on his footy". Signed Issac scumbag dropkick dodgy prick Moses.

Sorry, but that seems a bit naive. Manipulators have a way of getting what they want by making you think it’s all your idea and they’re just helping you get what you want. I mean no disrespect to the Galvin’s but they are an easy target for the likes of Moses and Gould, seasoned negotiators who are masters at concealing their intentions.
Could be the case.

To be honest never was a massive fan of his , but if he had been the best 5/8 at the club , I think it’s poor that he is dropped for not wanting to sign with the club given that his contract is up in 18 months time. Yes club wants to get roster sorted but by same token they created this by not putting the offer closer to November especially given he asked for release 3 times last year and they would have had a inkling of his decision prior (again I blame RLPA , nrl for not having June 30 deadline and everyone causing this situation)

If club refuse to play him solely for not wanting to sign then he should be allowed to go (it’s not like he is doing a Moses and not putting in)

As for Gus , dogs may or may not want him but what I find he talks players like Galvin up a lot so clubs pay overs so he gets his real targets
Did u miss , what happened, the reason he got dropped is his crude call about his coach , that he can’t coach me to a higher standard, then the playing group came to benjis aid and had a meeting where they stated they did not want him in the team , so ur 100% wrong when u say he was dropped for not signing a contract

The only credible thing in ur statement is the last line 😳🤔🥴

Good to see we have such a strong playing group that they decided if you're not with us, you're against us.

Galvin basically saying Benji and the team aren't good enough for him, so the players have said, no worries kid...we don't want to play with you either.

We will win this weekend. This decision has galvanised the group even more. No pun intended.

CODE now reports that Galvin’s axing came after a player mutiny, with Phil Rothfield writing: “On Monday night the Wests Tigers leadership group, that included Jarome Luai and Api Koroisau, fronted coach Benji Marshall and said they didn’t want Galvin in the team.”

Frustrated Wests Tigers players reportedly may want Galvin released from the club early and potential long-term half Latu Fainu (currently injured) brought into the side permanently, earlier reports said, to put the team and its future first; especially given Galvin’s apparent lack of faith in coach Benji Marshall.

Premiership winning players like Api & Jarome, classy professionals, ultimate team players
... when they don't want you in the team, that's a wake up call. You are the problem.

Maybe Mitch Moses will tolerate this type of garbage but we aren't about that at the Tigers.

I think his parents have thrown there son under the bus, Moses would have been in there ear then the parents in Galvin ear , I think they thought the club would never drop him or that the playing group would jump on him this quickly, if he pulls the mental card out , the nrl should tell them what did u expect would happen when u bag the bloke that gave u a start and stuck by u from day one

it may not be “ the mental card” … he might actually have some issues in this department ..

he has played his last game for the Tigers in the NRL …time to cut bait … let him go to the market now on the understanding that whoever ends up with him needs to provide a current NRL level forward back … otherwise be prepared to wait … and he can have a holiday in the meantime

I like how the players reacted. It doesn't make us the victim anymore. WE decided to get rid of him from the CEO to the players. Not Galvin leaving us.

We look so much better now than when we lost a star player in the past. I love how this has been handled.

From the statement onwards, we've handled things very well.

Club first.
Api & Romey are all about accountability and they're not letting this betrayal slide.

It seems Latu is very much the preferred player.

You would get all of that information from a training session absolutely no need to play a game to see where the feelings are.I would be amazed if Galvin has a single supporter amongst the players as he has treated them all and the coaching staff dreadfully.
The players would understand it’s a business. Their managers are doing much the same for them.

Getting too emotional about this will result in bad outcomes.

But why is it better for Moses to get him away from the tigers? Won’t he out want a happy client? Are the agents incentivised by the clubs to work in their favour?
