Can you sign a contract by both parties; and not have it dated; [And locked away by a third party that hasn't seen the contents, total innocence] with compulsory joint access come Nov.1? Then surprise, surprise, there is a fresh contract dated Nov. 1?
I know, I watch too many spy thrillers!
Or have it dated Nov. 1; But locked away by a third party?
Too easy!

Imagine the can of worms if you did that and the player got badly injured prior to Nov 1. Way too risky for player and club.

a lot of pundits when discussing if he went to the dogs say he will be a 13 there. I cant see him and Burton as a halves pairing. Would be the tallest and slowest halves in the comp. Burton could go to centre and Crichton to FB but why change the whole dynamics of an undefeated side just to accomaodate him in the 6.

It’s been revealed Mitchell Moses has been meeting up with Galvin for lunch and obviously it wasn’t to discuss the weather.
Isaac is Mitchell’s uncle and Mitchell’s brother Stephen works for Isaac.
Mitchell can work as the go between in negotiations between the Eels and Galvin and nobody other than those two, Isaac and the Eels would know about it, so it’s near impossible to pin them for anti tampering, unless Galvin himself speaks out.
This being the case and with Isaac having a vendetta against Benji and Wests Tigers, you can only imagine the crap that Mitchell has likely been filling Galvin’s head with.
He would no doubt be telling him what a great coach Ryles is even though he cannot win a game and would no doubt be making Lachie feel important by telling him he will be a vital part of their rebuild and probably filling him with information about what players the club are targeting.
Lachie will be an Eel and the agreement has already been done with our old friend Mitchell as the mouthpiece 💯

If we’re signing KPP for next year I’d lock him up quick so Moses and Parra don’t think they can do the 3 way trade and give him to us now for Galvin.
Use Galvin for someone else.

Now [This word has been automatically removed]ing Buzz suggesting Bula may leave as well... Clutching at straws as he is another Moses client. Doubt Bula goes given his relationship with Api & Tito plus the option is mutual for 2027.

If the club elects to enact we pay $900K.

If Bula elects to enact, if we didn't want him he gets $800K.

Keep in mind this deal was done pre-Moses under old management. Hence old Issac gets nothing on the deal.
