Do we want a win on sunday? Dont boo LG

This is the way.
Cheer and scream for the rest and just a polite golf clap for him lol.
He’s said nothing derogatory about the fanbase - has expressed understanding of how he has upset it if anything. He can help us win games. That’s what we all want fundamentally.
If Latu and Galvan were both available, who would you pick at half in your team Tuck.

Regardless of our feelings on the whole Galvin thing, I would hope the majority of members and fans
attending LO on Sunday to SUPPORT our team, can put aside any ill will for at least 80 minutes.

As someone here I read said, as long as theyre wearing our colours we should be supportive.

We dont need to give the Sharks a leg up, which is what booing our own will do, Galvins had
a massive week or two, hes still im sure quite immature, its evident in interviews. We need him and
the rest of the team in the best headspace possible. He'll be in the sheds as the team list is read out
but I know they can hear everything outside, I think itd be a big boost for all in the sheds to hear
a loud cheer when his names read out

I know many will disagree and thats fine, many will be angry and feel this is their only chance to voice
their disapproval

Benji & co have their work cut out this week trying to mend strained relations, possibly...
unsure to what extent and how deep that goes.
I just want them to WIN, and I think a positive happy team goes some way to achieving that.
Sure as hell better than a tense strained uncohesive group

Hopefully come 6pm Sunday we’re talking about a win and nothing else.
Very surprised to see this thread was started by you given your opinions of late.
👍🏼

A Few of my mates, non tigers fans, have said we will put the cleaners through Cronulla.

I don't know if we can repeat what we did to them last year at leichardt, but I do have the belief we can win and have tipped them this week.

I don’t know what to think about this game. Head says we lose well.
If I hear nothing from the playing group between now and then, I’ll agree we can upset them, having said that though I’m wary as I thought we’d smash Parra….

I think it's safe to put a line through last week.

- Refereeing was horrible, the high shot on may, the hip drop (where old mate took the next hit up and scored that set), the non-penalty try or sin bin for Moses, the "time off" for injury which was BS...
- The hit to May in the opening minutes meant he was almost non-existent for 10-20 minutes, not having the same impact
- Royce Hunt ruled out before kick off
- Douhei and Luai took 60 minutes to get their combination working
- Mitchell Moses came back and had an impact that none of us saw coming. All of a sudden, Parra looks like they could be a decent team + dylan walker.

Then ofcourse, the Galvin drama.

The fact we were in it with 10 minutes to go, says a lot about our new character...

To me, there were more positives than negatives about our playing group from that game...

I am trying not to get ahead of myself, but the playing group will be kicking themselves and have something to prove this weekend. I think we will turn up...... the big "what if" is Galvin, and how they all deal with him being back... with some luck they just play to win and push it to the side...

But yeah, I am looking at this from a glass half full perspective.

Great post and totally agree about not booing Galvin(as much as we want to)… maybe save it for when he is walking off the ground after a win…

There was too much emotion going in to the parra game. i know they are professional footballers but with all the rubbish that went down from the media and an expectation that they would hammer parra it was always going to be a hard ask to focus purely on the game. I think a team like Melbourne could have overcome all the noise but we are a long way from that standard. An extra week with things cooling off a bit and at Leichhardt i think will come out firing.
