I called this two months ago. He was spotted having a coffee with Gus. This was even before Galvin gate blew up. Obviously Gus has had this all planned for sometime.

Of course we will roll over once again and let him swan out the door with F all compensation. It is getting harder and harder to ride the Weststigers emotional roll a coaster

What is "compensation" - if it's money then ok ask for $$ but if you want a player then the Dogs just can't give us a player against his will. We live in a world of contracts - some are broken, some are held and someone the Dogs want to keep isn't going to come to the Tigers that's just fact.

Well,, if TDS does go to Dogs in 2026 (or earlier), wouldnt it make very suss The Dogs telling Mahoney to move on a few weeks ago before any of the TDS things became open? Why doesnt the NRL investigate such very odd / opportunistic events happening as trigger events in the next steps to happen?

If Galvin says my mates not happy there then it might be on the Dogs radar and as long as they don't offer him an incentive to leave before his contract expires it's all above board - that's the way it works. The Dogs can meet with him all they like - discuss planetary alignments , Woordle answers they just can't mention contracts.

Makes no sense to me, stupid thing is Richo should step in because if next year he taps Benji on the shoulder we lose a decent young player because Benji wanted Api instead. Move Api to 14 on the bench and give Tallyn the 9. Let Api cover for him till he gets up to speed then get Api as our utility for 2 years, can cover halves, hooker and could do a job in the backrow if we're desperate.

Why. Api is 5 times the player that TDS is, and will be for quite some time

We have to keep him, it will be up there with some of the dumbest decisions this club has made…..and that’s saying something.

The potential this kid has, is great and we can’t ignore that.

Whatever it is the Tigers need to have a deep hard look at themselves…….again
