CEO - Shane Richardson

I think there’s clubs in front of us on the table that have been penalised more.

So Richo’s gone off a bit early. He needs to get his facts right or people may write off the argument.

Then again Lee driving up to NRL HQ in his Ferrari threatening to sue the whole world didn’t work out so well.

We aren’t a very intimidating club I’m afraid. We don’t hold too much sway or influence.

Fingers crossed something changes.

But hey, at least we aren’t the bulldogs.

Their grubby fans polluting the streets with their fresh shiny jerseys. Making it unsafe for ordinary folk to come outdoors.

They should make zones or precincts in Sydney that they can’t leave except to get a kebab or kfc. Or a limit of one crime only per bulldog fan per exclusion zone sorty.

Question:
Who has Richo/Tigers actually brought to the club and not the mob before?
Skelton (Winger), Turuva (Winger), May (Very good prop) , KPP (Average second rower)

Who has he lost?
Galvin (5/8), TDS (Hooker)

Resigned?
Pole, Seyfarth, Bula

I'm sure I have missed a few, surely?

Adam Renolds only official target weve lost

We’ll if this is the case, he and the club need to pick their act up.

When you consider where the club is at and his dribble about building from our junior base, to me losing TDS is one of the biggest f*** ups possible.

Are we going to rely on another Flegg player as a future hooker.

Hopefully some good news is nearby

Re-signed a number of our highly rated juniors - Haywood, Godinet, Brookes, Taupau-Moors, Makasini.

Very sobering set of numbers … although perhaps we need to be comparing ourselves to the other Sydney clubs …instead of the competition heavyweights

For all the problems the Tigers have …. For me it essentially comes down to one thing … they lose too many games …change this and the numbers will improve ( provided they don’t wait much longer )

Hmm. … these numbers disturb me more than the Broncos …

I know someone has to be last …but you don’t want it to be you for too long

Is it a catch 22 situation though?

Just taking talent ID officers/ recruitment managers for example....more coin spent here would surely eventually correlate to reults on field....other clubs dont have 5, 6 and 7 personell in these areas compared to our 1 for no reason

I’ve heard that the Bulldogs spend $6m a year on their junior programs … looking at our revenue ( $13m) , I doubt we would be spending much more than a million you would think …

The Bulldogs have a ton of money being tipped in from the Laundy’s and the Leagues Club … we will never compete with either of those sources if thats what it takes

However ..I assume we can compete with the likes of Manly and the Sharks though who have won premierships in the past 15 years and are regular semi finalists ?
