I hope he's doing plenty of gymnastics training and jumping leaps onto pads taking those overhead aerial catches ala Coates & Tupou. Imagine if he has that in his artillery and also really works with a pro kicker on his goal kicking!

yeah it’s a bit different with masi, other codes have been chasing him for years he’s had a lot of publicity around him for a long time, none being from the WT until recently.

to gauge an idea of size, look at when he comes up compared to the other kids in the video dude looks like hulk at 17 😂
 
Am I the only one that doesn't really see an issue? the front page of the paper is literally about Origin & the following 12 pages are also about the build up to the game. It seems to be a positive story & one that was probably influenced by Richo (given Reads the one dropping it)

The whole world has seen his video highlights and it's not the first time he's been in the press.
As long as his head doesn't swell up to the size of a watermelon there won't be a problem.

We should rush Makasini into the first grade team like we did with Galvin. We should also build him up and worship him like a god. Luai will be the half on the same side as him, so we should make sure that Jarome knows he will be playing second fiddle and that he has to base his game around Heamasi.

Sounds like a recipe for success to me.
