The break is included in the time.

It's in real time, not game time, from the time of injury, not assessment.

That's why they walk pretty slow to chew up that time,.also both were on the field for a set and a half before coming off

He looked like he’d just sparred with Mike Tyson. I thought it was a Cat 1, easy. Shows you can never tell with those things. Some players come off looking fine and never return. Others look on another planet and come back 15 minutes later. I remember a game a few years ago, Shaun Johnson came off, out of his tree, with a cloth to his bleeding face with what looked like a broken jaw or cheekbone. Not only did he return to the field, he scored an intercept try in the final minute that sealed the win.
