last year LO had 2 Thursday night games and CSS had drawcards if parrmatta spoonbowl plus home games with dragons (big fan base) and canberra (closest competitor)on Sunday afternoons.
Despite the LO draw it still was well supported mainly due to the fact LO is an event and they can charge a premium as people turn up to the eighth.

We have seen with Richo he doesn't give a stuff re home grounds he moved souths from sfs to homebush....

in an ideal world I would have liked 2 games CSS 3 games LO rest at Parramatta Stadium or homebush.
CSS has been a graveyard for years for tigers

Is that for real ? Wow .. they made a song and dance about opening this office ..a bit more than a year ago? Surely the rent couldn’t have been that bad …
Text sent thru to SEN earlier from stormy daniel aka Gobbs on here

Not great … and a bit surprising this move would happen so quickly after opening

Gobbs is a big Storm fan now … good to see he is still keeping an eye on the goings on around the old club

I have a feeling that things are even more dire than they appear
I’m sure Richo is in the darkest part of Concord, sharpening an ax as we speak. And for all the talk of players loving him and how they came here just for him so they might walk out. What does it matter if they aren’t winning?

Yeah they did make a big deal out of it....and google is not reliable on things being open or closed...disappointing if true considering were getting a jnr academy there.
I'll beleieve a more reliable.source...just passing on what i heard

WT need to have just 1 x ground. Whether it is shared with Bulldogs in future with a Liverpool development or push Homebush stadium redevelop onto the front foot. We cannot continue with 2 x inadequate facilities. If we go into shared ground with Bulldogs we make sure the ground and supporting hospitality and other things show it as a shared Tigers & Bulldogs ground to prevent the bias that is a Commbank and Allianz stadiums.

You lost me at homebush... If we made that a home ground id never go watch on principle alone. Its a complete hole and has no atmosphere.. commbank I can get behind though

Yeah, A real Stand Up Wests Guy!

Changes clubs (As a Grown Man) and decides while he's already carrying on like a 4 year old and changing clubs, He'll just go for the one that wins all the time.
Some real intestinal fortitude shown there.

Agreed. It’s no surprise that Penrith aren’t the force they were in previous years without the Penrith Stadium.

SHOOSH

The Holman-Barnes Group — majority shareholder of Wests Tigers, is flushed with funds. Wests Ashfield Leagues recently announced a $9.1 million profit. It made it all the more surprising that long-time CEO Simon Cook decided to quit last week.
Probably made the outlandish suggestion of sending a few dollars in the direction of the Wests Tigers and got punted for it. 🤣

It's easy to get to you via rail.or M5.

We need a significant upgrade to the stadium to make it a better experience for both players and fans.
Not to mention the significant upgrade to the team, making it a better experience for both players and fans.

But yes, getting there (to the ground that is) should not be a problem. (upgrading the team, not as easy)

Parramatta Stadium, another teams home ground in that teams suburb right next to that teams stadium ...
good stadium but no thanks will never ever be home
I understand where you are coming from.. but commbank is better than playing in a stadium that will be 1/8th full (at best) for any home games (10k of 80k).. atleast with commbank when we find some form we can get 15-20k tigers supporters there and create a real atmosphere...

No offence but it blows my mind anyone would want to play at Homebush. I hate it. Ive been to grand finals and origins there and even then it sucks.. I am of the opinion the NRL should play grand finals and origins at allianz and just charge double the price for tickets - create some atmosphere

And the Wests juniors would seem to be following suit ...
#Galvin #DaSilva

Snub the south-west and the south-west will snub you !
And remember, there’s no ‘t’ in Minto 👍

What sort of reception do you get when you head back there with that Cenny Coast all on ya?
